Ricardo Cavero is Director of Science & Technology of the Zaragoza City Council. He was elected to Zaragoza City Council being Councillor of Science & Technology for the period 2003-2007.

Since 2003 Ricardo is responsible for developing programs focused on the Knowledge Society delivery to all citizens as well as to deploying the e-Administration and the e-Government in the Zaragoza City Council.

Since 2003, Ricardo Cavero has played a main role in the development of the Milla Digital project.

Before joining the team of Juan Alberto Belloch in 2003, he has been working as systems engineer for main IT companies as INDRA (Electronic Warfare Division), Lucent Technologies (Intelligent Network Unit) and Reuters.

Ricardo has a Master degree in Telecommunication Engineering (Zaragoza University).
