Speaker Bio:

Laetitia DABLANC has a PhD in transport planning and policies from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees (ENPC) in Paris. She graduated from the Institute of Political Studies of Paris (1989) and from Cornell University, New York (1992). She has entered The French National Institute for Transport Research and Safety (INRETS) in 2004 where she has been developing various themes of research related to freight and logistics. She has published 3 books and many articles on freight transport, with a special emphasis on urban issues. She teaches at University of Paris-Est in various Master’s Programs. She is a member of the Transportation Research Board’s Urban Freight Committee
