Speaker Bio:

Christian Gauffin, Swedish consultant in the field of local governance and organization and management of services of general interest as well as their infrastructures by local authorities. Special advisor at the City of Stockholm between 1988 and 1997, he has among others participated to major projects of infrastructure for urban mobility, telecom and energy distribution, as well as of services using these networks. From 1993 to 1995 he has worked with coordination and communication strategy for the steering committee of the “Dennis Project”, the major development project for the Stockholm region’s urban transport infrastructure, intended to be partly financed by urban road tolls.
